If you wish to reproduce material from one of our copyrighted titles, in whole or in part, you must apply in writing to elliot@playdeadpress.com. Please include details of the material you wish to reproduce (including number of pages), where it will appear, and details of the publication including territory, print run, format and retail price.
Please note that UK copyright expires seventy years from the end of the year in which the author dies – or, in the case of a work in translation, seventy years from the end of the year in which the author or the translator dies, whichever is later. After this time the text may be reproduced freely and no permission is required.
If you are seeking a licence to perform one of our plays, please see our Performance Rights page.
