FAQs
Can I return my order?
Yes we accept returns but you must inform us of your intention to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a refund for the amount you paid for the books, you must return them to us in mint condition, at your own expense – you have another 14 days to do this, from the date you informed us of the cancellation of your order. We will provide you with a returns address when you cancel your order. You should retain proof of posting until your refund has been received.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be despatched as soon as possible but please note we are a small company and mitigating factors may delay despatch.
Do you ship internationally and will I face customs/further charges?
Yes there are a number of countries internationally we can ship to, however we prefer for you to contact us first before ordering so we can confirm further details with you and inform you of any potential customs charges or taxes.
Can I reuse copyright material from your books / website / blog?
Ordinarily, yes. But if the material you want to use is in copyright, you must first seek permission. Please see our Permissions page for more details.
I'm a teacher, can you invoice me?
Yes. If you are a teacher, lecturer, course leader or other staff member at a UK educational institution, you can be invoiced separately. Please contact us to arrange this.
How can I find out about a title that is not featured in your store?
